At The Real Skin Medical Center, we offer two professional peels, each chosen for a different goal. The VI Peel is a medium strength peel that improves acne, sun damage, uneven texture, and fine lines with very little discomfort. Cosmelan is a targeted depigmentation treatment designed for stubborn pigmentation and melasma, paired with a home care routine that keeps results going. Your provider selects the right peel for your skin type, tone, and goals.

Every appointment is thoughtful and designed to respect your time. Most visits take under 30 up to 60 minutes from check-in to checkout.

RECOVERY + RESULTS
After Your Appointment
Skin usually feels tight for the first day or two, then begins to peel around day three. Light peeling or flaking can last up to a week with the VI Peel, and Cosmelan may bring redness and peeling for about a week as pigment begins to lift. Let skin shed naturally, keep it moisturized, and wear sunscreen every day. We send you home with a simple aftercare kit and clear instructions.
Once peeling is complete, skin looks brighter, smoother, and more even. Pigmentation and acne often improve further with a series of peels spaced about four weeks apart, and Cosmelan results continue with your home maintenance cream.

With over eight years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Paveena brings a strong clinical foundation into her work in aesthetics.
She began her career in urgent care, where she worked in high-pressure environments that required precision, attention to detail, and the ability to truly listen. Those experiences continue to shape how she approaches every client today.
In 2018, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine with a more personal perspective, one that values understanding each individual and creating a thoughtful experience from start to finish.
