There is no downtime after XERF. Your skin may look slightly pink or feel warm for a short time, and most clients go right back to work, errands, or evening plans. Makeup can usually be applied the same day.
Many clients notice a subtle tightening right away. The more meaningful change develops gradually as your skin builds new collagen, with continued improvement over roughly the next three months. Depending on your skin and goals, your provider may recommend a second session or a yearly maintenance treatment to help you keep your results.

With over eight years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Paveena brings a strong clinical foundation into her work in aesthetics.
She began her career in urgent care, where she worked in high-pressure environments that required precision, attention to detail, and the ability to truly listen. Those experiences continue to shape how she approaches every client today.
In 2018, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine with a more personal perspective, one that values understanding each individual and creating a thoughtful experience from start to finish.

Who should not get XERF?
XERF may not be right for you if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, have metal implants near the treatment area, or have an active skin infection. XERF works best for mild to moderate laxity. If you have significant excess skin, a surgical consultation may serve you better, and we will tell you.
Is XERF a laser?
No. XERF uses radiofrequency energy, not laser light. It delivers two frequencies at once to warm the shallow, middle, and deep layers of the skin, which is why it is suitable for all skin types and can be done year-round.

How many XERF sessions will I need?

Results build gradually for about three months as new collagen forms. How long they last depends on your age, skin quality, and lifestyle, and skin continues to age naturally, which is why many clients choose a yearly maintenance session.
Is XERF painful?
