At The Real Skin Medical Center, we offer hair restoration for women and men who are noticing thinning at the part, a widening crown, or less density overall. A small sample of your blood is processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors, then placed into the scalp where hair is thinning. For some clients, we also offer advanced regenerative options. Because these treatments work with your own biology, change is gradual and natural looking.

Every appointment is thoughtful and designed to respect your time. Most visits take under 30 up to 60 minutes from check-in to checkout.

Most clients return to their day right away. The scalp may feel tender or slightly swollen for a day or two. We recommend waiting until the next day to wash your hair and avoiding hair color, harsh products, and intense workouts for a short time.
Hair grows slowly, so results are gradual. Many clients notice less shedding within the first couple of months, with fuller looking hair over three to six months. Most plans include three to four sessions spaced about a month apart, followed by maintenance.

With over eight years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Paveena brings a strong clinical foundation into her work in aesthetics.
She began her career in urgent care, where she worked in high-pressure environments that required precision, attention to detail, and the ability to truly listen. Those experiences continue to shape how she approaches every client today.
In 2018, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine with a more personal perspective, one that values understanding each individual and creating a thoughtful experience from start to finish.
